Austin is a Memphis native whose experience has provided him with an opportunity to practice in a variety of different areas of law.  Primarily practicing as a transactional lawyer, Austin touts a wealth of experience as former in-house counsel for a national corporation based in Memphis, Tennessee. Naturally, he utilizes his business and commercial experience to lead the transactional arm of MLG’s practice. Austin’s practice focuses on everything commercial—from real estate to business transactions to contract advisement, as well as everything in between.

Austin’s legal career began, however, in the litigation world, where he represented personal injury victims of nursing home abuse. . In addition to his transactional prowess, his experience representing plaintiffs injured by neglect and families in wrongful death lawsuits, Austin maintains a unique set of litigation skills. Austin’s practice has provided him with the opportunity to represent clients in several diverse practice areas.
